Lumina was born from a simple belief — that the rare convergence of light, stone and sea in Kardiani deserves a home built in its honour. Our three suites sit at the quiet entrance of the village, positioned exactly where the Aegean, the archipelago and the ancient houses open up before you in a single, unforgettable view.
We designed Lumina around the principle of Cycladic minimalism — whitewashed walls, natural materials, unhurried lines — letting the landscape itself be the centrepiece. Nothing louder than it needs to be. Everything quiet enough to hear the wind.
Three Suites,
One Shared Language
Lumina Grace, Ciel and Mer are three distinct spaces that share a single design vocabulary. Each suite is a brand new or thoughtfully renovated home, dressed in the same palette of natural textures, soft whites, and carefully chosen furnishings. Each offers its own view, its own character, and its own way of framing the Aegean.
Every suite comes fully equipped — private outdoor space, a comfortable kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, quality linens and a cleaning service every three days. Nothing ostentatious, nothing missing. Everything you need for a long, unhurried stay — and nothing that gets in the way of the view.

Kardiani is consistently named one of the most beautiful villages in the Cyclades — a place of whitewashed lanes, flowering courtyards and ancient stone churches, hung like a balcony above the sea. From Lumina, the entire island of Tinos is yours to explore: the artists' village of Isternia, the marble capital of Pyrgos, the quiet hill village of Kalloni, and some of the Aegean's most beautiful beaches, all within a short drive.
